Outline Terms and Conditions

• Acceptance of Top Solutions (UK) Ltd (“TSL”) Terms & Conditions is mandatory
• Affiliate may make sales referrals in the UK ONLY until further notice
• TSL banner must be visible on your website for a minimum of three months
• TSL trademark(s) may not be used elsewhere without prior written consent
• TSL will pay commission rates as a result of a new business referral as follows:
  • 10% for each generic software sale
  • 10% for each generic software lease in year 1
  • 5% for each subsequent annual lease renewal thereafter
  • 10% of any support fee
  • 10% of any training fee
  • 15% rebate if procured for your own use
